52 yo patient was found to have right breast ductal carcinoma in situ. Lumpectomy was carried out with very close margins. Because of a strong family history, the patient wished to have bilateral mastectomy. Immediate breast reconstruction was performed with muscle sparing free microvascular TRAM flaps. Six months later nipple reconstruction was achieved. Postoperative photos taken 16 months later.
