67-year-old with left breast cancer status post left mastectomy and immediate stage 1 breast reconstruction with DIEP free flap. The stage 2 operation included right breast lift for improved symmetry and left nipple-areola reconstruction. The patient chose not to tattoo the reconstructed nipple and areola.
